Layout: installation of additional partitions for the new floor plan.
Finishes: Q3 wall levelling, wall and ceiling painting, lacquered engineered wood flooring, porcelain tile installation.
Kitchen and bathrooms: full renovation and complete replacement of plumbing fixtures.
Engineering and fit‑out: electrical upgrades, new lighting, switches and sockets, installation of CCTV, Wi‑Fi access points and furniture.
